Snyder on #BatmanvSuperman Casting etc.

Zack Snyder recently presented the late Batman comic book writer Bill Finger with a star on the Walk of Fame. While there, Comic Book Resources had a chance to talk to talk to the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director about his highly anticipated film. During the interview, he talked about the new Batman suit design, casting Ben Affleck in the role, Frank Miller's influence, and the kind of humor that we'll see in the movie. In regards to the suit, Snyder said:
"I had a really strong idea about what I wanted to do -- I really wanted to do sort of a fabric-based Batman; not what's become the more normal, armored Batman. That's how we evolved it."

Batmobile in Dubai

A Corvette V8 5.7 engine powers it with more than 500 horsepower, according to Arabian Business, and it's estimated it can reach 250 km/hr. It can also be registered to legally drive on the UAE roads — now that's an Uber I'd like to cruise in.

Noblemania: Insulting Bill Finger early (1946) and posthumousl...:
The calculated campaign to bury Bill Fingers role in Batman began earlier than some realize...and, in a particularly egregious manner, continued after his death.

1956 Oldsmobile 88 - THE FIRST BATMOBILE

I know I've blogged about this car before. But now here's a more in depth look at it with some history behind it and some great video, too.
Sid and Alicia Belzberg can now be considered amongst some of the most
important people in the world of star cars. If not for their decision to
take an old wreck into their care, today we would not have what is now
known to be the first Batmobile ever made.

"Batman v Superman" Circa 1949
Batman and Superman have been fighting crime in live action movies dating all the way back to 1943 and 1948, respectively, and now Vulture is here with a fake trailer that shows us what it might have looked like if those characters crossed over back in the late '40s. Check this out.
